But for those, it works all well and good. Would have thought exercise would be mentioned somewhere though. A low-calorie diet may signal the Kingtees shop shirt sweater body to slow down and that may stop the effectiveness of the diet. Juices and plant-based food would do a lot better! Give people the tools to change their lifestyle, not a quick fix. It’s about time we look at prevention not a cure of symptoms alone!
